Sales Outreach Intern, UK Healthcare

NextBit Health is hiring a commission based Sales Outreach Intern in Bengaluru to work directly with the founder during UK hours. This is a two month, high intensity training role for someone who wants to learn how to sell premium B2B services to UK private clinics.

LocationBengaluru, Karnataka. In person preferred, or hybrid with 3 office days and 2 remote days.
Hours1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday, aligned to UK business hours.
CompensationCommission only. This is not a salaried internship, so applicants must be comfortable with performance based earnings.
Work styleExpect 30 to 50 outreach contacts per day across email, phone, and LinkedIn, with direct daily founder support.

This is a practical business development role for someone who wants founder led sales training, real accountability, and direct exposure to the UK private healthcare market.

What you will do

  • Research UK private clinics using the CQC register, Companies House, LinkedIn, and clinic websites
  • Build lead lists and maintain clean CRM and outreach records
  • Send personalised cold emails and follow up with warm leads
  • Cold call UK clinics and book discovery calls into the founder's calendar
  • Sit in on real sales conversations and learn how discovery calls are handled

  • How to sell B2B services to a senior UK clinical audience without sounding scripted
  • How UK private clinics think about growth, trust, CQC, and digital positioning
  • How to write founder quality outreach messages with the right tone and judgement

  • Resilience for cold outreach and the ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Previous BPO, KPO, sales, MBA, or customer facing experience helps, but is not required
  • Someone who wants serious training, not a passive internship certificate
